Nail Trims. Part X. Desensitizing to the Dremel

We have already covered treating the dog for looking at the dremel and treating the dog when we touch him/her with the dremel.  Now it's time to use the dremel but not actually do the nails. 


When starting out, make it easy for the dog.  Start with a soft attachment (like felt), then try a sanding band that has a fine grit. and start the dremel at the lowest setting.  Once your dog is comfortable with this, we can move on to something a bit more difficult
