Muzzles

If we live with a dog who  might bite, a basket muzzle can be a safe way to take our dogs out and about (or to the vet)


*Important* - never use a muzzle to place a dog in an uncomfortable situation i.e. don't let a child approach an aggressive dog just because the dog is wearing a muzzle

Our first line of defense should be avoidance.  A muzzle is there for back up if avoidance fails.  See an excellent video below on how to acclimate our pets to muzzles
