Nail Trims. Part 13. Pet Grooming Sling

With the help of a professional, the grooming sling might be a safer alternative to a slip lead and grooming table.

The sling supports the entire body instead of restricting the neck.

Ideally we want our dogs to be comfortable with nail trims so restraint is not required. But a sling might be a handy tool for dogs who prefer to stand but who might loose their footing when a paw is lifted.

The groomer or guardian should not use the sling to hoist the dog into the air. But instead use it for comfortable support.
